1. Summary

Lampverse works entirely on your device. We do not collect, upload or store your favorites, notes, reading history or settings. The app has no ads, no analytics SDKs and no account.

2. How the App Uses Your Data

• Favorites, pinned verse and widget settings: Stored on your device in an App Group so Lampverse's widgets can show them.
• Journal notes: Stored only on your device with iOS file protection. If you turn on the journal lock, Face ID or your passcode is checked by iOS; we never receive biometric data.
• Reading streak: The days you tap "Amen" are stored only on your device.
• Read aloud: Verses are spoken with Apple's on-device voices.

3. Permissions We Request

• Notifications (optional): For the morning and evening verse reminders you turn on, and, if you start a free trial, a reminder 2 days before it ends.
• Face ID (optional): Only to unlock your private journal when you enable the lock.

4. App Settings File

When you open the app, it downloads a small public settings file from our website (for example, how many journal notes are free and the address of this policy). The request contains no personal data, although our hosting provider receives your IP address as part of any internet connection. The file only changes how the app behaves; nothing about you is sent.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

6. Scripture and Prayer Sources

The World English Bible, Berean Standard Bible, King James Version, Reina-Valera 1909 (Spanish), the 1925 Vietnamese Bible (Kinh Thánh 1925), the Luther Bible 1912 (German), the Riveduta 1927 (Italian), De Heilige Schrift 1917 (Dutch) and the Van Dyck Bible (Arabic) are in the public domain. The Holy Bible, Berean Standard Bible, BSB is produced in cooperation with Bible Hub, Discovery Bible, OpenBible.com, and the Berean Bible Translation Committee; it is shown verbatim. The King James Version is not offered in the United Kingdom, where its rights belong to the Crown (letters patent administered by Cambridge University Press). 7. Children

Lampverse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
